Drew Sutter oversees all aspects of field operations including technical analysis, crew training, project management, and customer relations. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a background in management and consulting, LEED Accredited Professional since 2009, and resident building science nerd, he is inspired by the potential for comfort, efficiency, sustainability, and health to be realized when the home is treated and understood as an interactive system. Through consideration of each home’s unique characteristics – site, construction details, mechanical systems, and materials, Drew believes that often the well-conceived, executed and simple solution is the best, most cost-effective means of achieving client’s goals. As he says, “it’s science, but it’s not rocket science.”rate attached
